architectural finishes and interior design, of decoration and lifestyle.

The type and scope of services are typically more comprehensive,

such as conceptual renderings for custom fabrications, space planning,

floor plans, color schemes for interior finishes, lighting schedules,

whole property or multi-room specifications for

furniture and fabric, accessorizing, soft goods such as

window and bed treatments, and installations.

The Retainer-Design Fee is set after an initial assessment

of the project scope and of the duration of services

estimated to be required.
